The Super Eagles announced on social media that Victor Osimhen must leave for “precautionary measure on advice of the medical team”. Kelechi Iheanacho, the Super Eagles’ in-form attacker, must leave camp to deal with “pressing personal issues”.

Trevoh Chalobah and Chelsea are poised to part ways, according to a report released earlier today, October 15, by Italian transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano.
The 24-year-old English center back must choose this way in order to continue his quest for his Three Lions of England debut and play more frequently starting next year.
Trevoh Chalobah came via Chelsea’s junior ranks. The English defender spent time on loan in French Ligue 1 with Ipswich, Huddersfield, and FC Lorient while still a Chelsea junior player.
Under the guidance of coach Thomas Tuchel, he was promoted to Chelsea’s senior team on July 1, 2021, and he quickly established himself in the starting lineup.
Mauricio Pochettino’s coaching style has caused him to lose his spot on the team, though, as he has yet to play this season. He has reportedly been nursing thigh issues since the previous season, which is the reason he has been sidelined for so long.
Bayern Munich attempted to sign him during the most recent summer transfer window despite his fitness concerns, but the transfer negotiations broke down in August 2023.
