Al Nassr of Saudi Arabia and Aston Villa are competing to sign Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby.

The German club has already turned down Aston Villa’s offer of £30 million plus add-ons for the services of the French forward, but the club is determined to sign him anyhow.

The team managed by Unai Emery is still interested in signing the 24-year-old, but now they have competition from the powerhouses of the Saudi Pro League, Al Nassr.

In the hopes of luring the France international away from playing in Europe and towards the Middle East, Al Nassr is prepared to pay the player a substantial salary increase.

But it remains to be seen if he will accept their proposal, as a relocation to Saudi Arabia could lose him a spot in France’s squad for the Euro 2024 tournament which will take place the following year.

Brighton turned down Chelsea’s £70 million offer to buy midfielder Moises Caicedo.

The Blues have placed a high priority on securing the Ecuador international player in their roster.

However, Brighton has rejected Chelsea’s offer since the club places a £100 million price tag on the 21-year-old player.

Last month, Chelsea made a bid of sixty million pounds ($60,000,000) for Caicedo, but the south coast club declined the deal.

It is speculated that Caicedo would like to play for Mauricio Pochettino’s team if given the opportunity.
