Although Radu advanced to the first team at Inter in 2015 after joining the academy in 2013, he has only made one senior appearance for the Serie A powerhouses.
He spent his breakout season at Genoa, where he was loaned with an obligation to buy in 2018. However, once Genoa triggered the clause to buy him for about €9 million, Inter instantly purchased him back for €12 million.
However, with the Romanian set to play for Bournemouth in the Championship, Inter are now willing to let him depart the team once more.

Anthony Elanga has been officially signed by Nottingham Forest from Manchester United.
Following the completion of a £15 million transaction between the two clubs, the 21-year-old signed a five-year contract with the Reds.
Elanga posted a farewell message to Manchester United supporters on his Instagram account just before the news was revealed.
