The 21-year-old Hudson-Odoi has been mostly overlooked by Antonio Conte and the rest of the Chelsea coaching staff in recent seasons. He has appeared in just 15 Premier League games for the club in the past calendar year.

Therefore, he is looking to go in search of a club that would provide him with more opportunities to play in the first team. Leicester, Southampton, and Juventus are just a few of the teams that have expressed interest in signing the winger.

Sky Sports reports that Borussia Dortmund have taken the lead in the pursuit to sign him. The Bundesliga giants are reportedly in negotiations with Hudson-Odoi‘s representation about the possibility of a loan deal that would see him travel to Germany until June 2023.

The England international is expected to investigate offers from other teams before finalising the move. Hudson-Odoi is set to depart Chelsea along with a number of other players before the transfer window closes at the end of this month.
