Check out “Big Dan Burn“. He’s from Blyth and just signed a new Newcastle United contract. Newcastle confirmed that the gigantic defender has extended his contract until 2025.

The 31-year-old cult icon scored in the Champions League 4-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain. Burn joined his hometown club from Brighton in January 2022 and has made 70 appearances.

Naturally, he’s happy to extend his Toon contract. He told the club’s website: “Playing for this club and signing a new deal means everything to me.

I didn’t want this to be a’stop-gap’ signing to keep us up; I wanted to stay. “I feel much more accomplished signing this one than signing here. I’m excited about the next two seasons.”

National manager backs Tonali, Zaniolo

Nicolo Zaniolo and Sandro Tonali were both questioned by police, thus Luciano Spalletti agreed with their desire to quit the Italian national squad during the international break.
