The player’s personal terms have also been worked out by the club. As of right moment, BVB is working on the necessary papers and getting ready for the medical. Ajax had a great season with Haller last year. For a total of 34 goals and 9 assists in 42 games played across all competitions, he’s an All-Star.

Additionally, he was instrumental in guiding Ajax to another Eredivisie crown. However, his goal-scoring record prior to joining the Dutch national team in 2021 was abysmal. As of the summer of 2019, West Ham has agreed to pay him about £45 million for his services in the summer of 2019. In spite of his high price tag, he was unable to live up to expectations, scoring just 14 goals in 54 games. 18 months later, David Moyes made the decision to sell him for the pitiful sum of £20 million.
