Check out “Luka Modric‘s future rumors are refuted by Real Madrid”Real Madrid, the dominant team in La Liga in Spain, has dispelled rumors that veteran midfielder Luka Modric will likely depart the team in January.
Luka Modric, who most recently extended his Real Madrid contract on June 26, 2023, was rumored to be leaving the Spanish powerhouses in January to sign with a Saudi Pro League team.
Despite the 38-year-old Croatian center-midfielder’s repeated statements that he has no plans to relocate to Saudi Arabia, rumors about the relocation have continued.
The rumors that Real Madrid would sell him in January to avoid losing him for free in the summer have intensified due to the fact that his current deal with the team expires on June 30, 2024, and there have been no discussions about extending it.
José Ángel Sánchez, the CEO of Real Madrid, has maintained that the Spanish powerhouses do not intend to let go of the midfield player in January.
“January: Modrić to Saudi? Officials from the Saudi League have not discussed including Luka in January, Sánchez informed Goal. “At this time, there are no plans regarding his departure from the team.”
On August 27, 2012, Luka Modric moved from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid for a transfer fee of €35 million. He has been one of the club’s most well-known members ever since.
In 498 games throughout all competitions, Modric netted 37 goals and supplied 77 assists for Real Madrid. The seasoned midfielder has made ten appearances in all competitions so far this season.

Victor Osimhen Signs Deal To Join Liverpool, According To Report
Liverpool have reportedly signed Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen for next summer. Over the weekend, Paisleygates, a UK tabloid, reported this accusation as Victor Osimhen postponed his Napoli contract renewal despite fulfilling all requirements.
The last two transfer windows have seen Liverpool and other prominent European teams reportedly pursue Osimhen. Remember that big clubs wanted Osimhen after he scored 26 goals and supplied five assists as Napoli won the Scudetto for the first time in 33 years last season.
Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Liverpool were among the big teams that wanted him last summer. Napoli’s £154 million asking price prevented them from doing anything.
Valter De Maggio, an Italian veteran journalist, claimed Victor Osimhen and Liverpool had agreed on a transfer deal before Paisleygates. De Maggio said the 24-year-old striker chose Liverpool over the Italian champions.
The seasoned journalist stated, “The president refers to a Castel di Sangro meeting. After agreeing to renew, Calenda and Osimhen broke their promise.”
What happened? Another Premier League club joined. Talking about Liverpool. Regular contacts were expected, but I discovered agreements had been made. Let me clarify: the Reds and the player would make the arrangements, not Napoli.”
Due to the terrible connection between the club and the play this season, Osimhen’s worth has plummeted significantly compared to last summer, when Napoli demanded £154 million.
