Aston Villa, meanwhile, stunned Premier League winners Liverpool 7-2 at Villa Park. A hat-trick from Ollie Watkins, a brace from captain and star Jack Grealish, plus goals from John McGinn and Ross Barkley gave Dean Smith’s side a comfortable win ,Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah scored both consolation goals.

The Foxes thrashed Aston Villa 4-0 in their last meeting in March. Harvey Barnes and Jamie Vardy each scored braces to help England to win. A few injuries worry Leicester City. Brendan Rodgers will be without Ghanaian Daniel Amartey, midfielder Wilfred Ndidi and right-back Ricardo Pereira. Dennis Praet, James Maddison, and Croatian defender Filip Benkovic are all doubtful.

Leicester vs. Aston Villa – Betting Analysis

Leicester City’s defence has struggled this season and will need to improve this weekend. The Foxes will be keen for a clean sheet after numerous high-scoring games this season. Aston Villa have improved under Steven Gerrard, but they have a long way to go to reach the top half. Both clubs are level right now and will likely split the spoils this weekend. James Maddison, Wilfred Ndidi, and Dennis Praet might all miss out for Leicester City. Much will depend on veteran striker Jamie Vardy, who has had a terrific start to the season.
