Brentford became interested in the 30-year-old playmaker after he signed a short-term contract in January. To keep Eriksen in west London, the Bees have extended a fresh contract to him.

However, the Dane has decided to join Manchester United. Old Trafford expects him to sign a three-year contract. Eriksen is expected to undergo a physical shortly after informing United of his intent to join the club.

After agreeing to join the team in principle, his contract must be finalized. After Tottenham‘s interest waned in re-signing Eriksen, a two-horse race has broken out between Manchester United and Brentford for his services.

Arriving at Carrington this morning, Malacia was photographed completing his first £13million transfer from Feyenoord. However, it is possible that Cristiano Ronaldo will not be a teammate for the duo next season.
