Premier League fixtures: Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, and more’s 2022-23 season is here

The 2022-23 Premier League season will kick off on August 5 with a London derby between Crystal Palace and Arsenal, with Erik ten Hag taking charge at home against Brighton. On a Friday night (8 p.m. kick-off), Arsenal travel to London for the Premier League’s season opener. This was also the case last season, although Brentford defeated them 2-0.


Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, and the rest of the Premier League's top teams have all received their schedules.


At Selhurst Park, the Gunners are hoping to make amends for their 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Eagles in April. On August 5, the new Premier League season begins with a match between Crystal Palace and Arsenal.

The winners of the play-offs in the championship In their first game back in the Premier League since their 23-year absence, Nottingham Forest travel to Newcastle United on Saturday, August 6 for a 3 p.m. kickoff. The Magpies will be aiming to carry over some of their energy from last season into this one.

Having finished second to Fulham in the Championship, Bournemouth has the benefit of hosting Aston Villa on the season’s opening day (August 6, 3pm). London Stadium will play host to the season’s first match between West Ham United and Manchester City on Saturday, August 5. Champion of the playoffs for a second consecutive year On August 6, Nottingham Forest will make their debut at Newcastle United.

Chelsea hosts Manchester City on January 2, 2023. Next year’s April Fools’ Day meeting between City and Liverpool might decide the title. Jurgen Klopp’s Reds play Arsenal at Anfield in 2023.

The title race could be affected by City vs. Liverpool on April 1, 2023. Manchester City hosts Chelsea in week 16 (May 20, 2023). Neutrals want a replay of last season’s drama, when Manchester City overcame Aston Villa to win the Premier League.
